This exceptional vintage Italian center table combines sculptural Baroque Revival design with traditional hand-painted decoration. Artisan-crafted in Italy from solid beechwood, it is a versatile statement piece that can be used as an intimate dining table, entrance table, foyer table or decorative center table in a formal salon.
Ornate Italian Baroque Design
The elaborately carved base features four gracefully curved legs arranged around a sculptural bouquet of roses. Intricate scrolling details and floral motifs are enhanced by a warm antique-gold finish, giving the table an elegant, softly aged appearance inspired by historic Italian and European interiors.
The square wooden tabletop is individually hand-painted in oil paint with a vibrant Mediterranean floral composition set against a dramatic black background. Each flower has been painted separately, giving the tabletop the appearance and character of an original artwork rather than a mass-produced decorative surface.
A custom-fitted glass top is included as a complimentary gift to help protect the hand-painted decoration. The glass is provided free of charge and is not included in the listed value of the table.
